1. A bifurcated graft, comprising:

  • a primary limb, the primary limb including a first wire spring coupled to a graft material, the first wire spring including a first proximal spring portion coupled to a proximal portion of the graft material, a first distal spring portion coupled to a distal portion of the graft material, and a first axially extending connecting bar connecting the proximal spring portion and the distal spring portion;

    a lateral limb coupled to the primary limb, the lateral limb including a second wire spring coupled to a graft material, the second wire spring including a second proximal spring portion coupled to a proximal portion of the lateral limb graft material, a second distal spring portion coupled to a distal portion of the lateral limb graft material, and a second axially extending connecting bar connecting the second proximal spring portion and the second distal spring portion; and

    an extension graft coupled to the lateral limb, the extension graft including a third wire spring coupled to a graft material, the third wire spring including a third proximal spring portion coupled to the extension graft material and disposed between the second proximal spring portion and the second distal spring portion, a third distal spring portion coupled to the extension graft material and disposed distal of the second distal spring portion, and an axially extending connecting bar connecting the third proximal spring portion and the third distal spring portion.
