1. A supporting structure of a shaft of a reduction gear having a speed reduction mechanism in a casing, and including a shaft which supports a gear which constitutes the speed reduction mechanism, the supporting structure comprising:

  • a bearing having an inner ring, an outer ring, and rolling elements disposed between the inner ring and the outer ring, and supporting the shaft, andan attachment member which detachably and directly attaches the shaft in a fixed manner to the inner ring,wherein the outer ring is supported by the casing,wherein the attachment member is adapted to be able to directly attach the shaft to the inner ring in a state where the bearing is assembled to the casing, and remove the shaft from the inner ring in a state where the bearing is assembled to the casing, andwherein the shaft is fitted into the inner ring by clearance fitting.
