providing the text-based representation of the portion of the stream of voicemail data and the one or more identification tags to a second user through a graphical user interface;
providing a subject identification tag based on the metadata based on input entered by the first user and associated with the stream of voicemail audio data to the second user through the graphical user interface; and
prioritizing the text-based representation of the portion of the stream of voicemail audio data provided to the user through the graphical user interface with respect to other text-based representations of voicemail audio data that are provided to the user through the graphical user interface, wherein the prioritization is based on the priority status tag associated with the stream of voicemail audio data and priority status tags associated with the other text-based representations of voicemail audio data.
