1. A method for detecting finger touches in a sensing device, comprising:
- obtaining a sensing information;
determining whether there is one or more positive values greater than a positive threshold;
determining whether there is one or more negative values smaller than a negative threshold; and
determining zero-crossings between the one or more positive values greater than the positive threshold and the one or more negative values smaller than the negative threshold when there are one or more positive values greater than the positive threshold and one or more negative values smaller than the negative threshold.

Abstract
The method and device for analyzing position are disclosed. By analyzing sensing information with at least one zero-crossing, each position can be analyzed. The number of analyzed positions may be different from the number of zero-crossings. When the number of analyzed positions is different from the number of zero-crossing, the number of analyzed positions is more than one.
