1. A method for assembling a media element on a computing device, the method comprising:
- detecting a distinct broadcast segment and a first message addendum discrete from the distinct broadcast segment;
storing in memory of the computing device at least the first message addendum and at least one additional message addendum subsequently received by a communication module;
detecting a transition in an operational state of the computing device, the transition comprising a period of time between a first state and a second state of the computing device, whereby at least one of the first state and the second state provides access to the distinct broadcast segment by the computing device;
analyzing, by one or more processors, at least one message addendum in association with the distinct broadcast segment, whereby the analysis determines a correlative relation of the at least one message addendum to the distinct broadcast segment;
presenting, by the computing device, during the transition in the operational state, the transition in the operational state is the period of time between the first state and the second state of the computing device, at least one media element comprising one or more message addendums, the at least one media element presented determined by the correlative relation of the first message addendum to the distinct broadcast segment; and
communicating, by a transmitter of the computing device, at least a media element data packet comprising the correlative relation to at least one server computer for analysis.

Abstract
In certain embodiments, a device for outputting updated messages a determinate number of times is provided. The device may comprise an output, an input, one or more processors, a memory, code stored in the memory and executed by the processor, wherein at least one message is received from time to time by the device through the input, and wherein the code selects if and when the at least one message is to be provided on the device via the output a determinate number of times. The operation of the enabled device can allow the message to be delivered to the user as the result of some action in regards to enabled device usage.

10. A system for assembling a media element, the system comprising:
-
a broadcast interface that receives a distinct broadcast segment; memory that stores at least a first message addendum; a receiver that receives a second message addendum subsequent to storing of the first message addendum; a correlation manager configured to; detect a transition in an operational state of the computing device, the transition comprising a period of time between a first state and a second state of the computing device, whereby at least one of the states provides access to the distinct broadcast segment by the computing device; and analyze at least one message addendum in association with the distinct broadcast segment, whereby the analysis determines a correlative relation of the at least one first message addendum to the distinct broadcast segment; an output interface that presents, during the transition in the operational state, the transition in the operational state is the period of time between the first state and the second state of the computing device, at least one media element comprising one or more message addendums, the at least one media element presented determined by the correlative relation of the first message addendum to the distinct broadcast segment; and a transmitter that sends at least a media element data packet comprising the correlative relation to at least one server computer for analysis. - View Dependent Claims (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18)
