1. A method of controlling therapy alteration data contained in or distributed by a data storage in digital communication with a computing device, comprising:

  • storing, in the data storage, non-transitory data representative of a medical history of a patient, the medical history including subjective patient inputs and objective patient inputs;

    storing, in a regulatory permissions table in the data storage, non-transitory data representative of an applicable law of at least one of;

    a country, a state, or a city jurisdiction;

    storing, in a sharing permissions table in the data storage, non-transitory data representative of permission to access the medical history data;

    storing, in the data storage, non-transitory data representative of a level of authority for therapy self-alteration of the patient using a therapy alteration permission level (TAPL) table;

    determining, in the computing device, via direct interactive dialogue between the patient and the computing device, a subjective-objective correlation factor (SOCF) of the patient, wherein the SOCF is a statistical measure of a given patient'"'"'s ability to assess his/her own disease state and progress;

    receiving a therapy self-alteration request from the patient, the therapy self-alteration request based on the medical history data of the patient;

    determining, in the computing device, if the patient therapy self-alteration request complies with the TAPL, the regulatory permissions table, and the sharing permissions table;

    determining, in the computing device, an amount of available therapy self-alteration for the patient, wherein the amount of available therapy self-alteration is based on the TAPL and the medical history, and wherein the amount of available therapy self-alteration for the patient is further factored by the SOCF;

    granting the therapy self-alteration request if the request complies with the TAPL, the regulatory permissions table, and the sharing permissions table; and

    denying the therapy self-alteration request if the request does not comply with any of the TAPL, the regulatory permissions table, and the sharing permissions table.
