1. A method of improving semi-persistent scheduling, abbreviated to SPS, resources reconfiguration for a user equipment in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:

  • receiving a radio resource control, abbreviated to RRC, connection reconfiguration message; and

    reconfiguring downlink SPS resources in accordance with a downlink SPS resources configuration IE when the downlink SPS resources configuration IE is included in the RRC connection reconfiguration message and the downlink SPS resources configuration IE is set to enable;

    wherein any activated downlink SPS resource is deactivated when the downlink SPS resources are reconfigured; and

    the downlink SPS resource is activated when receiving a PDCCH signaling for activating downlink SPS resources.
