1. A non-transitory computer readable medium having computer-executable instructions for generating a pangenetic based determination of one or more modifiable lifestyle attributes for an individual, which when modified provide a recommended personalized treatment regimen for a disease, comprising:

  • a) a previously stored database of attribute profiles and disease data for a population of individuals, wherein each attribute profile comprises pangenetic and modifiable lifestyle attributes that are correlated with at least a portion of the disease data, the pangenetic attribute(s) further comprising genetic or epigenetic attributes; and

    b) a set of instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause that processor to perform the steps of;

    i) receiving a query associated with the individual and the disease;

    ii) accessing an attribute profile associated with the individual, wherein the attribute profile contains pangenetic and at least one modifiable lifestyle attribute of the individual, the pangenetic attribute(s) further comprising genetic or epigenetic attributes;

    iii) determining, based on a comparison of the attribute profile of the individual and the previously stored database of attribute profiles and disease data for the population of individuals, one or more modifiable lifestyle attributes associated with the individual, which provide a personalized treatment regimen for the disease; and

    iv) transmitting the one or more modifiable lifestyle attributes as output to provide the recommended personalized treatment regimen for the disease for the individual.
