1. An adaptive nutritional substance conditioning system responsive to information regarding a nutritional or organoleptic value before and during conditioning, comprising:

  • a dynamic information identifier associated with a nutritional substance by a provider of the nutritional substance and referenced to a nutritional or organoleptic value determined prior to conditioning; and

    at least one attribute sensor comprising any one or more of;

    spectrometer, hyperspectral imager, near-infrared spectrometer, Raman spectrometer, or surface plasma resonance sensor, for sensing information related to the nutritional or organoleptic value during conditioning; and

    a reader for reading the dynamic information identifier and retrieving adaptive conditioning parameters referenced to the dynamic information identifier, whereina controller for providing adaptive conditioning parameters responsive to the nutritional or organoleptic value determined prior to conditioning and the information sensed during conditioning, for maintaining a target post conditioning residual nutritional or organoleptic value.
