1. A solid-state image sensing device comprising:

  • a pixel including a photoelectric conversion element configured to convert light from an object into a signal charge, a signal detection unit to which the signal charge accumulated in the photoelectric conversion element is transferred, a first transistor including one end of a current path connected to the photoelectric conversion element and the other end of the current path connected to the signal detection unit, a second transistor including one end of a current path connected to the signal detection unit and the other end of the current path connected to a control signal line, and a third transistor including a gate connected to the signal detection unit and one end of a current path connected to a signal line from which a pixel signal is output; and

    a control signal selection circuit configured to select a control signal to be applied to the control signal line,wherein the control signal selection circuit sets a potential of a control signal applied to the control signal line at a first potential level while the pixel signal is read from the pixel,the control signal selection circuit sets the potential of the control signal applied to the control signal line at a second potential level lower than the first potential level when the pixel is set in an unselected state, andthe control signal selection circuit sets the potential of the control signal applied to the control signal line at a third potential level between the first potential level and the second potential level after the pixel is set in the unselected state.
