    D is at least one 3d ion selected from the group consisting of Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni and Cu;

    n ranges from 0.9 to 3.2;

    x ranges from 0.0001 to 0.7;

    k ranges from 0.0001 to 1.0;
