1. A Light-Emitting Diode (LED) lighting control apparatus having a plurality of lighting means controlled based on visible light communication, the apparatus comprising:

  • a lighting information collection means configured to collect status information about a lighting means and environmental information about surroundings of the lighting means, and to transmit the collected information to a lighting control means which is configured to control the lighting means,wherein the lighting information collection means comprises;

    a visible light reception processing unit configured to receive a modulated visible light signal emitted from an LED light source module of the lighting means, the modulated visible light signal being modulated with data comprising the status information;

    the visible light reception processing unit being further configured to demodulate the received modulated visible light signal to thereby produce the data comprising the status information;

    a lighting information analysis unit including a plurality of environmental information sensors which detect the environmental information about the surroundings of the lighting means, the lighting information analysis unit configured to analyze the environmental information detected by the environmental information sensors; and

    a lighting information control unit configured to collect the status information about the lighting means and the analyzed environmental information and to transmit the collected information to the lighting control means.
