1. An apparatus adapted for drainage of a body fluid in a body of a patient who is a human or a mammal patient, comprising:

  • a drainage device,an energy source adapted to supply energy to said drainage device,andat least one connecting tube connected to said drainage device, the drainage device and the at least one connecting tube forming a drainage arrangement, whereinthe drainage arrangement is adapted to be implanted inside the body of the patient, and wherein said at least one connecting tube is adapted to interconnects a first part of the body with a second part of the body and said drainage device is adapted to suck body fluid from the first part of the body via the at least one connecting tube to the second part of the body, whereinthe drainage device comprises an expanding reservoir comprising;

    a pre-tensioned bellows adapted to generate a suction and having an inlet with an inlet check valve and an outlet with an outlet return valve,a member adapted to move the pre-tensioned bellows to expand to suck fluid,anda motor adapted to compress the pre-tensioned bellows and move fluid out of the pre-tensioned bellows, whereinsaid drainage device is adapted to repeat sucking and moving of fluid, wherein said drainage device is adapted to constantly suck fluid using a pre-tensioned load on the pre-tensioned bellows when not moving fluid to the second part of the body,and wherein the apparatus adapted for drainage of a body fluid in a patient further comprises;

    an internal control unit and a sensor, wherein the apparatus adapted for drainage of a body fluid in a patient is further adapted to send information from the sensor to the internal control unit to give feedback related to at least one of a functional parameter of the drainage device and a physical parameter of the patient, the internal control unit adapted to act in response to the information to regulate said drainage device (i) to compress the pre-tensioned bellows, and repeatedly move fluid out of the pre-tensioned bellows and (i) to control when to constantly suck fluid using the pre-tensioned load on the pre-tensioned bellows, while moving fluid to the second part of the body is stopped.
