1. A body fluid testing device, comprising:

  • at least one penetrating member;

    a penetrating member driver configured to be coupled to the at least one penetrating member;

    a plurality of analyte sensors on a spoked disk substrate that includes a plurality of spokes, each of a penetrating member not being on a same substrate as a sensor, wherein each of a penetrating member can pass between spokes of the disk substrate to provide that a used penetrating member can be removed and a new penetrating inserted without removing the disk, each of an analyte sensor positioned in a sample chamber;

    a plurality of end-fill sip-in strips, each of an end-fill sip-in strip coupled to a sample chamber, the spoked disk substrate being oriented with an axis of lancet actuation positioned at right angles to a plane of the disk and at least a portion of the spokes being repositionable with an end-fill sip-in strip;

    a disposable housing that houses the at least one penetrating member and the plurality of analyte sensors and sample chambers;

    wherein the spoked disk has a plurality of spokes where at least a portion of the spokes are bent out of plane for use; and

    wherein the plurality of analyte sensors are located on the plurality of spokes.
