1. An electrical ablation apparatus, comprising:

  • an elongate tubular body extending from a distal end to a proximal end;

    an inflatable conductive elastomer electrode having a surface formed entirely of an electrically conductive elastomer;

    a non-conductive catheter; and

    an energy source coupled to the inflatable conductive elastomer electrode, the energy source configured to deliver a first series of electrical pulses sufficient to induce cell necrosis by irreversible electroporation through the inflatable conductive elastomer electrode;

    wherein the first series of electrical pulses are characterized by a first amplitude, a first pulse length, and a first frequency.
