1. A method of implanting a valve in a body vessel having a vessel wall, the method comprising the steps of:

  • delivering said valve to a point of treatment within said body vessel using a deployment apparatus, said valve comprising at least one flexible member and an inflatable chamber, the at least one flexible member movable between a first position that permits fluid flow in a first direction and a second position that substantially prevents fluid flow in a second direction, the at least one flexible member at least partially attached to the inflatable chamber and having an outer edge, the inflatable chamber comprising a first portion extending along the outer edge of the at least one flexible member and a second portion extending from a first location on the outer edge, across the at least one flexible member, and to a second location on the outer edge, the inflatable chamber adapted to receive inflating media and to engage the body vessel;

    inflating the first portion of the inflatable chamber with inflating media;

    inflating the second portion of the inflatable chamber with inflating media, the second portion of the inflatable chamber being filled separately from the first portion of the inflatable chamber;

    detaching said valve from the deployment apparatus; and

    removing the deployment apparatus from said body vessel.
