1. A garment comprising:

  • a plurality of electrocardiogram (ECG) sensors configured to receive physiological signals from a user wearing said garment;

    one or more non-physiological sensors configured to detect one or more characteristics of air surrounding the user;

    one or more processors communicatively coupled to the plurality of ECG sensors and the one or more non-physiological sensors;

    at least one interface that operates to provide communication between said one or more processors and said plurality of ECG sensors and between said one or more processors and said one or more physiological sensors; and

    wherein said one or more processors are configured to begin processing of signals from said ECG sensors in response to detection, by said one or more processors, of at least one particular characteristic of said air surrounding said user, based on signals from said one or more non-physiological sensors.
