1. A method, comprising:

  • receiving, at a mobile device, a request to access a customer service feature of an application associated with the mobile device;

    in response to the request, enabling, by the mobile device and via the application, wireless communication between a customer service center (CSC) and a user of the mobile device using a conditionally determined phone number;

    accessing, by the mobile device and in response to the request, user activity information for the application, wherein the user activity information identifies a particular customer service feature of the application as being viewed at a specific starting time and for a specific length of time by the user when the communication is established; and

    sending, by the mobile device, the user activity information to a customer service representative of the CSC.
