1. A surgical apparatus for positioning within a tissue tract accessing an underlying body cavity, comprising:

  • an anchor member including a longitudinal port defining a passage for reception of a surgical instrument in a sealing relation, the longitudinal port defining a first diameter; and

    a flexible sleeve permanently attached to a proximal end portion of the anchor member, the flexible sleeve including a ring member attached to the flexible sleeve, such that the flexible sleeve may be rolled around the ring member to transition the flexible sleeve from a first length to a second length so as to position the anchor member at least partially within the tissue tract and thereby provide sealing engagement therebetween, the flexible sleeve defining a longitudinal passage having a second diameter larger than the first diameter of the longitudinal port of the anchor member.
