HARQ method and apparatus for communication system
First Claim
1. A communication method of a base station supporting hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) in a communication system, the communication method comprising:
- transmitting, by a base station, control information related to a second component carrier on a first component carrier;
receiving, by the base station, from a terminal, data in a subframe on the second component carrier based on the control information; and
identifying, by the base station, a first subframe of the first component carrier, for transmitting a HARQ acknowledgement corresponding to the data, and a second subframe of the first component carrier, for transmitting scheduling information of the second component carrier,wherein the first subframe of the first component carrier and the second subframe of the first component carrier are matched to a same subframe based on an uplink reference uplink downlink configuration, the uplink reference uplink downlink configuration being determined based on an uplink downlink configuration of the first component carrier if a pair of an uplink downlink configuration of a first cell and an uplink downlink configuration of a second cell is a predetermined set.

Abstract
Methods and apparatus are provided to support HARQ in a communication system adopting cross-carrier scheduling. A second cell is scheduled at a first cell. Data, transmitted by a terminal, at a subframe of the second cell is received. A subframe, in the first cell, is determined for transmitting a HARQ acknowledgement corresponding to the data, and a subframe, in the first cell, is determined carrying scheduling information of the second cell. It is determined whether the subframe for transmitting the HARQ acknowledgement and the subframe carrying scheduling information of the second cell are the same. When the subframe for transmitting the HARQ acknowledgement and the subframe carrying the scheduling information are not the same, the subframe for transmitting the HARQ acknowledgement and the subframe carrying the scheduling information are matched to each other.
