1. A communication management system, comprising:

  • a first computerized appliance connected to a network and having a first processor coupled to a data repository with software (SW) executing on the processor from a non-transitory medium;

    a publisher being a member of a group of users who collaborate in one or more zones, each zone having a set of members and defined by a business or a social activity;

    a distributable client (DC) being a script of executable code and data created by the publisher, the DC stored in the data repository; and

    a rule set in the data repository, associated with the DC and with one or more of the zones;

    wherein the publisher causes the DC to be published to a second computerized appliance connected to the network, and to become a part of code of a web page, a network-integrated application or a network-integrated electronic document executing on the second computerized appliance, such that the executable code of the DC, in the case of the network-integrated application or a network-integrated electronic document, causes an interactive iPanel to display on a display screen of the second computerized appliance, and in the case of the web page causes the iPanel to display on a display screen of a third computerized appliance interacting with the web page at the second computerized appliance through a browser application, the iPanel display identifying a personae of the publisher that may be different for different zones, by both text and graphics, and providing in the iPanel display command inputs identified to initiate a particular communication protocol among two or more different communication protocols, one of the different protocols being email, and wherein, upon a user selecting a command input, the user is enabled to initiate a communication to the publisher in the selected communication protocol, and wherein, upon the communication initiated being received at the first computerized appliance, the communication is routed according to the rule set uniquely associated with the DC and with a zone identified through the personae of the publisher, or through identity of the user initiating the communication.
