1. A call messaging system comprising:

  • a database comprising a call screening rule for a callee;

    a call screening engine configured to determine, based on a result of at least one prior incoming call made from a caller to the callee, whether a bypass condition exists for an incoming call made from the caller to the callee, and to bypass the call screening rule for the incoming call and cause the incoming call to be connected to the callee in response to determining that the bypass condition exists; and

    one or more processors configured to execute the call screening engine.
