1. A method for conducting a Near Field Communication (NFC) transaction at a point of sale terminal, the method comprising:

  • transmitting an NFC inductive signal and triggering an NFC interaction with a secure element which activates a secure element processor to execute an NFC application stored in a secure element memory by using a point of sale terminal processor, wherein the secure element processor, the secure element memory, and an NFC transceiver are included in the secure element permanently embedded within the body of a mobile device, the mobile device including a mobile device display, a mobile device memory, a mobile device processor, and a mobile device transceiver;

    receiving an identification code from the secure element memory via the NFC application, by using a point of sale terminal NFC transceiver during the NFC interaction; and

    sending the identification code from the point of sale terminal to a management server, and further wherein a payment method corresponding to the wherein the identification code corresponds to a payment method to be transmitted by the management server is received by to a transaction server for processing the near field communication transaction using the payment method.
