1. A carryall for distributing power to electronics comprising:

  • a. a storage compartment secured to a base that is a housing for an electric circuit, wherein the circuit simultaneously distributes both an alternating current to a number of AC receptacles and a direct current to a number of USB ports when the circuit is plugged into an external power source;

    b. wherein the storage compartment is secured to the housing by a connecting plate having feet that accept screws that pass through a bottom panel of the storage compartment and into threaded holes located on a top part of the housing; and

    c. wherein the electric circuit is concealed in the housing that serves as the base for the carryall.
