1. A method comprising:

  • receiving a first sensed cortical evoked potential of a patient that occurred in response to a sensation induced at an anatomical region of the patient different from a brain region of the patient;

    receiving a second sensed cortical evoked potential that occurred in response to electrical stimulation delivered to one or more nerves that innervate the anatomical region, wherein the electrical stimulation is at least partially defined by a set of therapy parameter values;

    comparing, by one or more processors, a first value of a characteristic of the first sensed cortical evoked potential to a second value of the characteristic of the second sensed cortical evoked potential;

    determining, based on the comparison and by the one or more processors, efficacy of a therapy configured to treat a condition associated with the anatomical region; and

    controlling, based on the determination and by the one or more processors, delivery of the therapy to the one or more nerves that innervate the anatomical region.
