1. A method of transmitting an aperiodic sounding reference signal (SRS) by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:

  • receiving, by the UE through a higher layer signal, uplink power control information, the uplink power control information including a first power offset value related to a periodic SRS transmission and a second power offset value related to an aperiodic SRS transmission, the first power offset value and the second power offset value being semi-statically configured;

    receiving, by the UE, information regarding plural configurations for an aperiodic SRS,wherein each configuration of the plural configurations includes a transmission comb value for the aperiodic SRS;

    receiving, by the UE, a first downlink control information (DCI) format in a subframe n, the first DCI format indicating;

    triggering the aperiodic SRS transmission, anda first configuration of the aperiodic SRS among from the plural configurations;

    according to the first DCI format, transmitting the aperiodic SRS based on;

    the second power offset; and

    a transmission comb value of the first configuration of the aperiodic SRS;

    receiving, by the UE, a second DCI format, the second DCI format indicating;

    triggering the aperiodic SRS transmission; and

    a second configuration of the aperiodic SRS among from the plural configurations; and

    according to the second DCI format, transmitting the aperiodic SRS based on;

    the second power offset; and

    a transmission comb value of the second configuration of the aperiodic SRS,wherein the transmission comb value of the first configuration is different from the transmission comb value of the second configuration.
