1. A method of receiving a Physical Hybrid automatic repeat request Indicator Channel (PHICH) by a user equipment (UE) from a base station, the method comprising:

  • transmitting multiple units of data to the base station through an uplink resource by using multiple antennas of the UE, wherein each of the multiple units of data corresponds to an index ‘

    (IPRB_RAlowest_index+nRSseq(i)+f(i))mod NPHICHgroup+IPHICHNPHICHgroup wherein IPRB_RAlowest_index indicates the index for PHICH resource determination, nRSseq(i) indicates a cyclic shift value for demodulation reference signal, f(i) is defined to correspond to ‘

    , NPHICHgroup indicates the number of PHICH group, and IPHICH is 1 or 0 depending on configuration; and

    receiving the PHICH from the base station through the determined PHICH resource.
