1. A utensil configured for eating food at a table and not for cooking food, said utensil comprising:

  • a handle and an eating portion extending from said handle, said eating portion configured for inserting entirely into a diner'"'"'s mouth or for cutting food;

    a visual stimulating component having a light source from the group consisting of a light-emitting diode (LED), an electroluminescent wire, and a fluorescent light; and

    a processor component having a computer program;

    wherein said computer program is configured to activate said light source for illuminating said eating portion.
