Method and device for setting a control channel and a data channel in a wireless communication system
DCFirst Claim
1. A method for configuring a starting position of channel, performed by a Base Station (BS) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- transmitting a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) to a user equipment (UE); and
transmitting an Enhanced Physical Downlink Control CHannel (EPDCCH) to the UE,wherein, if position information informing of a starting orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol of the EPDCCH is configured to the UE through a radio resource control (RRC) message, the starting OFDM symbol for the EPDCCH corresponds to the position information within the RRC message, wherein, if the position information is not configured to the UE through the RRC message, the starting OFDM symbol for the EPDCCH is an OFDM symbol next to a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) region checked through a Physical Control Format Indicator Channel (PCFICH), andwherein, if the PDSCH is assigned by the EPDCCH in a same serving cell, a starting OFDM symbol for the PDSCH and a starting OFDM symbol for the EPDCCH are the same.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for configuring a starting position of a control channel in a wireless communication system, and a terminal using the same. The method includes receiving duration information about a physical downlink control channel from the first orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol of a downlink subframe; and configuring a first OFDM symbol after OFDM symbols indicated by the duration information, as a starting point of an enhanced-physical downlink control channel. The downlink subframe includes a plurality of subcarriers in a frequency domain and 12 or 14 OFDM symbols in a time domain. The PDCCH includes the first N (N is a natural number of from 1 to 4) number of OFDM symbols of the downlink subframe. The duration information indicates the N number of OFDM symbols. The E-PDCCH comprises the starting point to the last OFDM symbol of the downlink subframe.
