Method for preventing abnormality during wireless charging
First Claim
1. A method of preventing an abnormality during wireless charging, the method comprising:
- transmitting wireless charging power to at least one wireless power receiver, based on a first power value determined according to a first algorithm, by a wireless power transmitter;
determining whether an abnormality is expected to occur in the wireless power transmitter or the at least one wireless power receiver; and
if it is determined that the abnormality is expected to occur, transmitting the wireless charging power to the at least one wireless power receiver by the wireless power transmitter, before reaching an abnormal condition, based on a second power value determined according to a second algorithm.

Abstract
A method of preventing an abnormality during wireless charging is provided. The method includes transmitting wireless charging power to a plurality of wireless power receivers based on a first power value determined according to a first mode by a wireless power transmitter, determining whether the wireless power transmitter or at least one of the plurality of wireless power receivers satisfies an abnormality occurrence condition, and if the abnormality occurrence condition is satisfied, transmitting wireless charging power to the plurality of wireless power receivers based on a second power value determined according to a second mode by the wireless power transmitter.

9. A method of preventing an abnormality during wireless charging, the method comprising:
-
determining a first transmission power value, taking into account a dominant wireless power receiver among a plurality of wireless power receivers by a wireless power transmitter; transmitting wireless charging power using the determined first transmission power value by the wireless power transmitter; determining whether an abnormality is expected to occur in at least one of the plurality of wireless power; setting a wireless power receiver in which the abnormality is expected to occur as the dominant wireless power receiver; and before reaching an abnormal condition, transmitting wireless charging power using a second transmission power value determined taking into account the set dominant wireless power receiver by the wireless power transmitter. - View Dependent Claims (10, 11, 12, 13, 14)
