1. A drive method of a liquid crystal display, wherein the drive method comprises:

  • receiving an image to be displayed;

    employing original gray scale values of respective primary color components of respective image pixels of the image to be displayed to respectively generate a first display gray scale value and a second display gray scale value for each of the respective primary color components in each of the respective image pixels; and

    employing the first display gray scale value and the second display gray scale value associated with a primary color component in one image pixel to respectively control display brightnesses of two display pixels of the same color on a liquid crystal panel for rendering the primary color component of the image pixel, wherein the first display gray scale value is larger than the second display gray scale value;

    wherein before the step of employing the original gray scale values of the respective primary color components of the respective image pixels of the image to be displayed to respectively generate the first display gray scale value and the second display gray scale value, the method further comprises;

    implementing skin color detection to the image pixels of the image to be displayed to determine a nude pixel and a non-skin color pixel;

    setting different skin color weights for the nude pixel and the non-skin color pixel; and

    implementing adjustment to the original gray scale values of the respective primary color components of the nude pixel to make a difference between a relatively higher original gray scale value and a relatively lower original gray scale value before adjustment become larger after adjustment for the same nude pixel;

    wherein the step of employing the original gray scale values of the respective primary color components of the respective image pixels of the image to be displayed to respectively generate the first display gray scale value and the second display gray scale value comprises;

    employing the skin color weights to set a ratio of the first display gray scale value and the second display gray scale value for each of the respective primary color components in each of the respective image pixels so as to make the ratio of the first display gray scale value and the second display gray scale value of the nude pixel larger than the ratio of the first display gray scale value and the second display gray scale value of each of the primary color component of the non-skin color pixel.
