1. A method of treating a patient presenting with syncope, the method comprising:

  • monitoring, by a plurality of physiological sensors of an external wearable defibrillator worn by the patient and configured to provide a therapeutic treatment to the patient via one or more external treatment electrodes disposed in the external wearable defibrillator, a plurality of physiological parameters, the plurality of physiological parameters including at least an electrocardiogram signal of the patient;

    detecting, by the external wearable defibrillator, an event associated with syncope based on the plurality of physiological parameters and data received from at least one motion sensor disposed on the patient;

    storing, by the external wearable defibrillator and responsive to detecting the event, data descriptive of the event in association with an indication that the data includes data descriptive of a syncopal event; and

    addressing the event.
