1. An inorganic film comprising a refractive index gradient film A being composed of an inorganic material, having a refractive index changing continuously from n1 to n2 from one surface toward the other surface, and wherein n1<

  • n2 and being a functional film; and

    a refractive index gradient film B being composed of an inorganic material, having a refractive index changing continuously from n3 to n4 from one surface toward the other surface, and wherein n4<

    n3 and being a functional film;

    the refractive index gradient film B being laminated on a surface of the refractive index gradient film A on a side where the refractive index is n2 with a surface side where the refractive index is n3 being in direct or indirect contact with the surface of the refractive index gradient film A;

    a difference between n2 and n3 being 0.1 or less;

    the inorganic material being a complex oxide comprising Zn, Sn, and at least one of Si and Al.
