1. A system that enhances accuracy of measurement of position of a device within a vehicle, the system comprising:

  • at least three localization devices attached to a vehicle configured to determine position data of a wireless communication device;

    the wireless communication device located in the vehicle configured to transmit a signal to each of the at least three localization devices, wherein the determining of the position data comprises each of the at least three localization devices processing the signal by determining movement of the wireless communication device relative to the at least three localization devices attached to the vehicle,wherein the wireless communication device comprises one or more optical sensors configured to measure at least one of a location and position of the wireless communication device relative to one or more optical signals emitted by the at least three localization devices; and

    a risk assessment module for;

    determining an occurrence of a behavioral risk event associated with a driver of the vehicle by analyzing at least one of the position data, the location, and the position of the wireless communication device inside the vehicle;

    determining a probability of the occurrence of the behavioral risk event associated with the driver of the vehicle based on data received by the at least three localization devices; and

    categorizing the driver into a risk category based on the probability.
