1. A capacitive touch panel comprising:

  • a first substrate, a second substrate below the first substrate, and a third substrate below the second substrate;

    a position detecting electrode comprising a first position detecting electrode extending in a first direction, and a second position detecting electrode extending in a second direction crossing the first position detecting electrode;

    a pressure detecting electrode comprising a plurality of sub-pressure detecting electrodes on a bottom surface of the first substrate;

    a wire connecting the position detecting electrode to a substrate; and

    an intermediate layer being elastically deformed such that a thickness of the intermediate layer is varied;

    wherein the first position detecting electrode is disposed on the second substrate and the second position detecting electrode is disposed on the third substrate;

    wherein the first position detecting electrode is disposed apart from the second positioning electrode,wherein the sub-pressure detecting electrodes are disposed apart from each other,wherein the intermediate layer covers the entire bottom surface of the first substrate;

    wherein the intermediate layer is in direct physical contact with the position detecting electrode, the pressure detecting electrode, and the wire;

    wherein the intermediate layer has a color; and

    wherein the intermediate layer insulates the position detecting electrode and the pressure detecting electrode.
