1. A method of processing data derived from a sensor disposed on a autonomous intestinal probe, said data having been generated while said probe moved autonomously through the intestinal tract of a living being and in response to exposure of a portion of the intestinal tract with electromagnetic radiation having a first wavelength, the method comprising:

  • receiving the data at a computerized device comprising a display device, a processor and at least one computer program configured to run on the processor; and

    processing at least a portion of said received data using at least said processor and said at least one computer program, said processing comprising;

    evaluating the at least a portion using said at least one computer program to identify at least a first portion of the received data that is likely of most interest to a human reviewer, the identification based at least in part on analysis of a plurality of image portions associated with the data; and

    presenting at least some of said first portion to the human reviewer via the display device as a preview.
