- receiving, by at least one processor, data associated with a promotion displayable on a mobile gaming device;
identifying, by the at least one processor, a similarity metric between an image in the data associated with the promotion and an image associated with a game executable in the mobile gaming device;
transmitting, by the at least one processor, the promotion over an electronic communication network to the mobile gaming device, in response to identifying that the similarity metric meets a predetermined threshold;
identifying, by the at least one processor, a time when the game will execute on the mobile gaming device, when the similarity metric does not meet the threshold; and
transmitting, by the at least one processor, the promotion to the mobile gaming device, during a time that the game does not execute on the mobile gaming device.

at least one processor; and a memory, in which the memory stores instructions which, when executed by the processor, direct the at least one processor to; receive data associated with a promotion displayable on a mobile gaming device; identify a similarity metric between an image in the data associated with the promotion and an image associated with a game executable in the mobile gaming device; transmit the data associated with the promotion over an electronic communication network to the mobile gaming device, in response to identifying that the similarity metric meets a predetermined threshold; identify a time when the game will execute on the mobile claming device, when the similarity metric does not meet the threshold; and transmit the data associated with the promotion to the mobile claming device, during a time that the game does not execute on the mobile claming device. - View Dependent Claims (5, 6)
