1. have the isolated polypeptide of alpha-glucosidase activity, be selected from:

  • (a) have with the 15th to 881 amino acids of SEQ ID NO;

    2 or the 30th to 967 amino acids of SEQ ID NO;

    4 at least 75% identity is arranged, or the polypeptide of the aminoacid sequence of at least 85% identity is arranged with the 20th to 988 amino acids of SEQ ID NO;

    6;

    (b) by under medium rigorous condition with the 43rd to 2643 Nucleotide of (i) SEQ ID NO;

    1 or the 146th to 3013 Nucleotide of SEQ ID NO;

    3, (ii) be included in the cDNA sequence in the 146th to 3013 Nucleotide of the 43rd to 2643 Nucleotide of SEQ ID NO;

    1 or SEQ ID NO;

    3, or (iii) (i) or the hybridization of complementary strand (ii), or under the rigorous condition of height with (i) the 58th to 3164 Nucleotide of SEQ IDNO;

    5, (ii) be included in the cDNA sequence in the 58th to 3164 Nucleotide of SEQ ID NO;

    5, or the (iii) polypeptide of the polynucleotide encoding of (i) or the hybridization of complementary strand (ii);

    And(c) comprise one or more amino acid whose conservative replacement, the disappearance of the 20th to 988 amino acids of the 30th to 967 amino acids of the 15th to 881 amino acids, SEQ ID NO;

    4 of SEQ ID NO;

    2 or SEQ ID NO;

    6 and/or the variant that inserts.
