1. the data driver of a flat display apparatus is characterized in that, comprising:

  • One input buffer, in order to receive a control signal and a N bit digital view data, wherein, this control signal control input buffer is exported a most significant digit of this N bit digital view data and remaining N-1 position respectively;

    At least one ramp signal unit couples said input buffer, in order to receiving said most significant digit, and produces a ramp signal according to this most significant digit, and wherein, this ramp signal unit comprises;

    One ramp signal generator is in order to produce one first ramp signal to be selected;

    One negative circuit couples the ramp signal generator, in order to the first ramp signal anti-phase to be selected is produced one second ramp signal to be selected, wherein this first ramp signal to be selected and this second ramp signal to be selected is not cut apart;

    AndOne ramp signal selector switch in order to according to said most significant digit, is said ramp signal and in first ramp signal to be selected and second ramp signal to be selected, select one of them;

    One counter couples said input buffer, counts in order to carry out clock pulse, and behind the clock pulse gate time of the remaining N-1 position of this N bit digital view data, produces an on-off element control signal;

    AndOne on-off element couples said counter and ramp signal unit, according to the data line in current potential to a flat display apparatus of this this ramp signal of on-off element control signal conduction.
