  • (a) molten aluminium alloy of being made up of aluminium, incidental element and the impurity of the Ti of the Mg of 2.7 ~ 3.6wt.%, the Mn of 0.1 ~ 0.4wt.%, the Si of 0.02 ~ 0.2wt.%, the Fe of 0.05 ~ 0.30wt.%, the Cu of maximum 0.1wt.%, the Cr of maximum 0.25wt.%, the Zn of maximum 0.2wt.%, maximum 0.15wt.%, surplus is provided;

    (b) provide continuous casting machine in order to cast said molten aluminium alloy continuously;

    (c) to be cast as thickness be 0.51 ~ 5.08cm (0.2 ~ 2 inch) and have Al-Fe, Al-Fe-Mn or Mg with said molten aluminium alloy 2The slab of Si intermetallic compound particles, said molten aluminium alloy is introduced into said continuous casting machine under the temperature of 660 ~ 716 ℃

    ) and under the temperature of 204 ~ 441 ℃

    (400 ~ 825 ℉

    ), is finishing;

    (e) said light sheet products is annealed to the O-Annealed Strip, said thin plate has equally distributed basically or minimizes the said intermetallic compound particles of striped;

    With(f) be said structure unit or member with the said sheet moulding under the O-Annealed Strip.
