    Wherein, in this free ferromagnetic and this pinned ferromagnetic layer at least one comprises the ferrimag that contains Co, Fe and Ge, wherein Ge is present in this alloy with the amount between about 20 atomic percents and 40 atomic percents, and wherein in this alloy Co to the ratio of Fe between about 0.8 and 1.2.
