1. a circuit breaker with secondary protection function, is characterized in that, it comprises:

  • One box body, it adopts flame-resistant insulation material to make;

    One first breaking units, in order to realize under normal condition, the break-make of its place phase alignment circuit;

    One second protection breaking units;

    itself and described the first breaking units are positioned at box body;

    when the first described breaking units is in the time that failure conditions appears in cut-out phase alignment circuit;

    the described second protection breaking units that is positioned at box body makes load automatically and power circuit disconnection, and wherein said second protection breaking units comprises;

    One circuit for detecting, whether it lost efficacy in order to detect when described the first breaking units carries out power line open-circuit operation;

    One or two actuators that open circuit, in the time that described circuit for detecting detects the first described breaking units power line open-circuit operation inefficacy, automatic and power line disconnects;

    Described circuit for detecting comprises;

    One touch-switch, it is arranged at the bottom of one handle, and its one end is connected with a terminal on the first movable contact spring by a wire;

    One electromagnet, it is arranged on the interior support of described box body, and the solenoid input of described electromagnet is connected with above-mentioned wire, and its output is connected with a zero terminal line;

    When the handle of the first breaking units is during to off position turn, described touch-switch closure, if described phase line does not disconnect, has electric current to enter into described magnet spool, causes the action of described electromagnet.
