1. the mirror-back protective coating that has excellent adhesive attraction and Corrosion Protection, it is characterized in that:

  • it is the single component lacquer, main film forming substance is sclerolac and fluoroacrylic resin, coating is prepared by following raw material solid weight part;

    sclerolac;

    10-50 part, fluoroacrylic resin;

    10-30 part, tinting pigment;

    1-10 part, pigment extender;

    0-50 part, auxiliary agent 0-10 part, solvent;

    20-75 part;

    Described fluoroacrylic resin is a fluoro-acrylate monomer, vinyl compound, and the tetrapolymer of enol and olefin(e) acid, wherein fluoro-acrylate monomer is no less than 50% of total monomer weight;

    Described fluoro-acrylate monomer is vinylformic acid trifluoro ethyl ester or trifluoroethyl methacrylate or both are by any weight ratio blended composition;

    Described vinyl compound is vinylbenzene or acrylate or methyl acrylic ester monomer or by any weight ratio blended binary or ternary composition;

    Described acrylate or methyl acrylic ester monomer are methyl acrylate, ethyl propenoate, butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, Jia Jibingxisuanyizhi or butyl methacrylate;

    Described enol is Hydroxyethyl acrylate, Propylene glycol monoacrylate, hydroxyethyl methylacrylate or Rocryl 410;

    Described olefin(e) acid is acrylic or methacrylic acid.
