1. method is used to measure the nucleotide sequence of single-stranded dna, may further comprise the steps:

  • (a) by applying an electric field to described single-stranded dna, make it by a hole with suitable diameter, wherein each A residue or each G residue and each C residue, each T residue or each U residue comprise homogeneous modification group and its base bonding separately at least at least, make that every kind of Nucleotide has a current signal (electronic signature) among this DNA, this current signal is different from the current signal of other every kind Nucleotide in this DNA;

    (b), measure the current signal of this Nucleotide for each Nucleotide of the described DNA that passes through described hole;

    With(c) each current signal that records in contrast step (b) and A, G, C and the T pairing current signal of each modification as Nucleotide in the single-stranded dna measuring the characteristic of each described Nucleotide, thereby are measured the nucleotide sequence of this single-stranded dna.
