1. clock and data recovery circuit comprises:

  • Phase detectors are used to receive data-signal and clock signal as input, and described phase detectors are used to drive the phase detectors charge pump;

    Frequency detector is used to receive M signal from described phase detectors as input, and described frequency detector is used for driving frequency detector charge pump;

    Combiner, the output that is used to make up described frequency detector charge pump and described phase detectors charge pump;

    Loop filter is used to receive the output of described combiner;

    AndVoltage controlled oscillator by described loop filter drives is used to export the clock signal that is connected to described phase detectors.
