1. Infrared Sensor System comprises:

    Two or more light receiving element of receiving optical signals, these light signals comprise the infrared wavelength with second polarization, this second polarization is substantially normal to this first polarization,Wherein these light send and receiving element comprises that the wire-grid polarizer of a plurality of nanometers printings of polarizations takes place at least some that be configured to make these infrared wavelengths, wherein the wire-grid polarizer of these nanometers printings comprises a substrate, this substrate has a plurality of fingers, andWherein these light transmissions and receiving element comprise at least one birefringent filter layer separately, the polarization state of these birefringent filter layers is selected as allowing many light being sent and receiving element sends and reception utilizes the light signal that does not disturb of polarization diversity, and wherein each birefringent filter layer comprises a substrate with a plurality of fingersWherein, the described finger of the wire-grid polarizer that described nanometer is printed is with the difference of the described finger of described birefringent filter layer;

    deposit metal on the side of each of the described finger of the wire-grid polarizer of described nanometer printing and do not have metal on the opposite side, and a plurality of sides of the described finger of described birefringent filter layer all do not have metal.
