1. preparation is bonded to the method for the polycrystalline diamond body of cemented carbide substrate, described base material provides the source of adhesive phase, described polycrystalline diamond body comprises contiguous described cemented carbide substrate, the polycrystalline diamond ground floor produced by brait particle, with contiguous described ground floor, the polycrystalline diamond second layer produced by fine diamond, described brait particle has and is greater than 3 microns and the average particle size particle size being less than 30 microns, described fine diamond has the average particle size particle size being less than 2 microns, the described second layer accounts at least 50 volume % of described polycrystalline diamond body and wherein said polycrystalline diamond body there is no abnormal diamond growth, the method comprising the steps of:

  • Cemented carbide substrate provides the layer of brait particle, and described brait particle has and is greater than 3 microns and the average particle size particle size being less than 30 microns;

    Described coarse-particle bed provides the layer of fine diamond particle, and described fine diamond particle has the average particle size particle size being less than 2 microns;

    WithUnder the temperature and pressure condition being suitable for the raising producing polycrystalline diamond, make adhesive infiltrate diamond mass from described cemented carbide substrate, enter the layer of described fine diamond particle through described coarse grained layer, produce the polycrystalline diamond body that there is no abnormal diamond growth thus.
