1. a method of utilizing aluminum fluoride by dry process preliminary cleaning acid to prepare potassium fluoborate, it is characterized in that it makes leach liquor with preliminary cleaning acid and fluorine-containing and boracic raw material through building-up reactions, this leach liquor makes potassium fluoborate again with containing potassium raw material building-up reactions, and its operation steps is:

  • I, choose fluorine-containing and boracic raw material, standby;

    II, in reactor, add preliminary cleaning acid and water, be heated to 20-70 ℃

    III, under agitation in above-mentioned reactor, add fluorine-containing and boracic raw material, feed time is 35-60 minutes, reinforced complete at 60-100 ℃

    stirring reaction 90-180 minutes, obtain leached material;

    IV, above-mentioned leached material, through vacuum filtration, obtain leach liquor;

    V, by above-mentioned leach liquor with containing potassium raw material building-up reactions, feed time is 35-60 minutes, 30-80 ℃

    of temperature of reaction in 60-120 minutes reaction times, obtain potassium fluoborate suspension-slip;

    VI, by above-mentioned potassium fluoborate slip through vacuum filtration, then by filter cake through oven drying, obtain potassium fluoborate product.
