1. a strain clamp for large-section lead, comprises strain insulator aluminum pipe (8), strain insulator steel anchor (7), aluminium bushing pipe (11) and conduction wire clamp (9), it is characterized in that:

  • Described strain insulator aluminum pipe (8) is the structure of an extruded aluminum tube welding drainage plate (12);

    Strain insulator steel anchor (7) one end is draw ring (71), and the other end is the steel pipe (73) for gripping large-section lead (1) inner steel core (2);

    Described draw ring (71) is connected by connecting portion (72) with steel pipe (73), aluminum pipe extrusion process is made for passing through by described conduction wire clamp (9), and conduction wire clamp (9) is crimped onto on strain insulator wire jumper (10) for delivered current;

    Grip steel core (2) part of large-section lead (1) after steel pipe (73) crimping of strain insulator steel anchor (7), the draw ring of strain insulator steel anchor (7) is connected on the steel tower of transmission line of electricity by hardware string;

    After strain insulator aluminum pipe (8) crimping, one end grips large-section lead (1) and aluminium bushing pipe (11), and the other end grips the connecting portion (72) of strain insulator steel anchor (7);

    Described aluminium bushing pipe (11) replaces the outer aluminum steel (5) of neighbour and the outer aluminum steel (6) of a part of length of large-section lead (1), and strain insulator aluminum pipe (8) is crimped on outer aluminum steel (6) and aluminium bushing pipe (11);

    Conduction wire clamp (9) is connected for the conducting of electric current by bolt group with the drainage plate (12) on strain insulator aluminum pipe (8);

    Crimp rear strain insulator aluminum pipe (8), the steel pipe (73) of aluminium bushing pipe (11) and strain insulator steel anchor (7) gripped large-section lead (1), and the weight load of large-section lead (1) being delivered on the draw ring of strain insulator steel anchor (7), the draw ring of strain insulator steel anchor (7) is connected to transmission steel tower completing weight load again by gold utensil;

    On large-section lead, the circulation path of electric current is;

    drainage plate (12), conduction wire clamp (9) and strain insulator wire jumper (10) on the aluminum steel of large-section lead (1) and aluminium bushing pipe (11), strain insulator aluminum pipe (8), strain insulator aluminum pipe;

    Described aluminium bushing pipe (11) grips the adjacent internal layer aluminum steel (4) of large-section lead, or grip adjacent internal layer aluminum steel (4) part of large-section lead and the steel tubing portions of strain insulator steel anchor (7), when aluminium bushing pipe (11) only grips adjacent internal layer aluminum steel (4) of large-section lead, the length of aluminium bushing pipe (11) is the diameter length of 3-4 times of large-section lead;

    The thickness of described aluminium bushing pipe (11) equals the thickness sum of adjacent outer aluminum steel (5) and outer aluminum steel (6);

    Described aluminium bushing pipe (11) is the pipe that integrally formed pipe or two semi-circular tubes are spliced.
