1. single preheating, sintering, igniting and heat insulating furnace comprises:

  • igniting section (1) and a soaking zone (2) is characterized in that;

    igniting section (1) and soaking zone (2) be one each other, and is arranged on sintering pallet (12) top;

    Soaking zone (2) comprises air preheat stove (3), is provided with air heat exchanger (6) in the air preheat stove (3);

    Igniting section (1) comprises a plurality of burners (9), and each burner (9) links to each other with warm-air pipe (7) with blast furnace gas pipe (8);

    The cool air inlet of said air heat exchanger (6) links to each other with cold air input pipe (4), and cold air input pipe (4) is provided with blower fan (21);

    The hot air outlet of air heat exchanger (6) links to each other with the inlet of said warm-air pipe (7);

    Said air heat exchanger (6) is located at the top of chassis (12);

    And during work;

    The sintered compound charge level of waste gas in the air preheat stove (3) on chassis (12) sucks large flue (20), and this large flue (20) links to each other with exhaust treatment system with a hot waste gas heat reclaiming system;

    Large flue (20) below is provided with the mineral aggregate retracting device (19) that is used for collecting the sinter mixture particle that gets into large flue (20);

    Said air preheat stove (3) comprises a plurality of preheating furnace burners (5), and each preheating furnace burner (5) links to each other with cold air input pipe (4) with blast furnace gas pipe (8);

    The dead ahead of each preheating furnace burner (5) is provided with firebreak (11), is provided with opening between the roof of the top of firebreak (11) and air preheat stove (3), and said air heat exchanger (6) is located at the opposite side of firebreak (11).
